That's a lot of questions lil red! King.com and the Kingdom are totally different. I'm not sure what you're trying to do so maybe if you let me know I can help you. For level 617, it's possible to pass it, there are players on level 1000 etc, just take a break and come back to it fresh. 

It doesn't work like that I'm sorry. Whichever device you accept the lives on, they will only be available on that device. There is no way to transfer them over. So if you want them on your android, then open the game and accept them there.

Hello Kuen, what do you mean by free unlock ticket? Do you mean that you paid the gold or that your friends gave you tickets to go through?

I have a friend who had this happening in her game. She messaged King and was told in an email that they are looking into it. So sit tight and hopefully it will be looked at soon.

Hey Sherri, the envelope on facebook is different to the mobile version. If you have requests on Facebook it can be possible that they will not be available on mobile, I think it depends where they were sent so maybe this is why you have no inbox right now.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to see if its your mobile and not the app? It's probably best to stop using boosters etc until you have it sorted. Check the app store for updates, check in the settings that your mobile has enough memory so that the app can run etc.
