Hey Vignesh, I just wanted to let you know that a game friend of mine did this, King are aware of it and it ended up messing up his in-game clock so he couldn't then get past the roadblocks. It's pretty much cheating the game so I don't recommend it.

If you think that this version is difficult then you should have played the old version, that was a nightmare! I'm guessing you have latest update right? The support section states that the app is supported on iOS devices with iOS 6 and later so maybe you need to update the software first? I found the information here: http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en

Finker, the guys at King have said that we can lose our boosters if the app crashes or gets update so I'm sorry to say that there's no way to get them back. Regarding your game crashing. Check for app and software updates, check your mobile has memory space on it. Check some other apps as well see how they are acting. 

The update hasn't been released for Windows or Kindle devices yet. I haven't seen any news about. Can you pass the level on Facebook?

I read on facebook that you need uninstall and reinstall the facebook app, I didn't understand the technicality of it but it seemed to work for a lot of players. Give it a try. 

I think it takes a lot of player feedback to revise a level. I can only see a few comments so far about this level so I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet.
