Do you mean you have windows 10? I think the app is standalone for non Facebook users. Can you not play on Facebook?

It's because the extra moves can be only be used on whichever device you receive/accept them on :) If you want to use them on facebook then make sure you log in there and accept them.

I think you will need to speak to the Microsoft people about this, I don't think King guys or the community here can troubleshoot Windows issues. Have you checked these guys at the Microsoft support forums: http://www.tenforums.com/

Like you said, click on a level to check on the main boosters and then you can see the other boosters at the top of the level when you're in it. There's no booster bank for example.

Take a break from the game, delete it and come back to it. If you've tried that many times then you more you keep at it the more frustrated you're gonna get. Take some time out.

There should be 2 buttons in the settings for the app, one for music and one for sound effects. Check here and make sure you haven't switched it off by mistake. 

Most of the promotions that King release go to like 70% of their players, so maybe you get one and not another, that's just how it is. Just gotta keep your fingers crossed I guess. 

Did you ever save your game in the Kingdom? (the orange little crown logo) Regarding your gold bars, don't worry, just open up the app and in the settings section there a little button for 'restore purchases' so just tape that and it will return your un-used gold bars 

Maybe you earnt the magic beans connected to facebook and then you switched over to kingdom? Or maybe you're playing the Rancid levels which automatically take your beans each time you play if you select the easier options. Check it out.

They have a customer support team, they have a live chat, FAQ's and they have this site.. I'm pretty sure that's all you need as support, haha.
