  • It happens to us all Joyce, I can't count number of times my game has frozen or hasn't recognised a level pass. By the way, what platform are you using, I'll give you some tips to help with the freezing.

  • King have their own platform for saving progress called Kingdom. Its a little orange logo with a crown in it. In most games its in the settings. Just click on it and you will need to enter a username, email, password etc. Then when you install the app on the Kindle, go back to the Kingdom and log in again and the levels…

  • I think it's an issue on Kings side of things then, maybe just a busy server. I guess you'll just have to play as a purist and try complete the level with the normal amount of moves ;) you can do it!

  • I think, from what I have seen, that Kings promotions are firstly not added to all players game and then also they change the groups now and then. I have had a few promos disappear and then I've had some later than others so it seems this way.

  • It's because the promotion isn't offered to all players, so its been added to your profile for your Android phone but not for your iPad. Its the same I guess for all players with different devices.

  • I know that some players have seperate lives for both worlds and some don't. This is split between groups of players and it gets changed around now and then, so it's probable that someone else now has it and this time you don't.

  • One other thing to try is to clear out your tablet cache. Just Google whatever tablet you have and 'cache clear' this will basically clear out any corrupt info that's stored in your memory that could be causing the app to crash.

  • I'm guessing you're talking about the Pirate Promotion from the weekend right? It's was only playable over the 2 days so I'm not sure how you have it now? I know there were issues with it, but I think with the number of possible players affected it would be impossible to find and compensate everyone.
