I don't think the update has been released yet so you might have to wait. Just keep an eye on the app store for something to appear. Can you pass it on Facebook and then sync it on your Kindle?

Do you mean the facebook chat? There's a little settings cog for it in the bottom right where the chat tab normally is :)

The in-game boosters don't sync between devices, so the mobile boosters are stored in your phone and then the facebook ones are stored there. They don't sync like your levels and gold bars etc.

How did you save your levels beforehand? Were you connected to Facebook or the Kingdom? Have you tried to reconnect to whichever one of these you were connected with, surely this would bring the levels back.

I know that the sugar track has changed recently, so I think now you can only play the level they are on once and they after that the challenge is not available again. Is this what you are talking about?

For Candy, if the app is freezing, could be a memory or a wi-fi issue, worth checking out. For Farm Heroes, I guess your daughter logged in on your iPad, so now her game shows. Try logging in and out of your facebook and the app as well. Then it should return :) 

It's quite a common thing isn't it. Its happened to me on several occasions as well. I haven't seen any official comments about it and for the sake of 1 level I normally just play it again (which is just annoying if its a difficult level I know)

Do you have any boosters saved up? If not you can delete the game which should remove them. Or maybe try and accept them on facebook on a computer, try that.
