But how long were the unlimited lives available for? I know they start as soon as you get them but was it a 12 hour promo or something?

If you paid for them Kaitlyn then go into the app settings and click on the little 'restore purchases' button. This should return then to the game. However if you didn't pay for them then I can only say to read this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear

It sounds like a memory issue to me then if the updates are not solving the issue. Check your phone Ram and memory in the settings section. Make sure you have some space or if not then the apps cannot run and will continue to crash. Try and free up some space. 

I haven't seen this, what pop up is it? Surely you can just click to close it and it goes back to the collect screen?

That's strange because Chrome has flash already built in, so you shouldn't need to update it. Have you checked to see that you don't have 2 different versions of flash on your PC, they might be conflicting with each other.

If you check the site Tim you will see that this is a common thing now. I read the King moderator post that basically said that these free boosters can get lost via updates/deleting the game so I'm sorry but its probable that they have gone :(
