Can you post the screenshot so we can see it? I know that if your last move explodes one of the bombs then you will fail the level. Does the pop-up not tell you why you failed the level?

I've seen that the level is different on Facebook, I think it has the '?' candies. Maybe you can pass the level on there?

What are you playing on? Facebook or a mobile/tablet? If you're playing on a mobile then you just need to update the game via your app store. If you're playing on Facebook the levels will automatically be there.

Did you take a screenshot? I mean I'm sure that if you did you could message King directly and ask them about it but I think you would need a screenshot to show it first.

Did you purchase the boosters? If you did then just open up the app and click on 'restore purchases' button and this will return your items to your game :)

If it says timed out then it could be a problem your side or their side. It might just be that the candy servers are down or busy or it might be from your side where your wi-fi or 3G connections are having issues. Make sure you have all the latest updates. I've seen the videos you mention and the process is pretty much the same for all phones. Open up the app and disconnect/re-connect if you can. Then make sure you have the latest updates of the app and phone software and check your wifi etc. Try these steps out and see how it helps.

Can you say what happens or what you can see on the screen when you try to play 1026. Is there an error, does the game close? If you can post a screenshot maybe. Then we can try and help you out.
