I echo your sentiments. This is extremely poor customer service and attention by King. Unfortunately the moderators here receive the fallout while no one in the studio does anything. I don’t understand how King can take the $$ from players who choose to pay but not offer a game that works. 😡

sometime when I open the game there is nothing there - just the background screen. It usually is okay after I close, wait and reopen the game - but I am sure you have tried this. There are WAY too many issues with this game and too little work or time spent by the studio on a fix 😔

”They/we” have done everything they can? Constantly blaming the client is unacceptable. You have much experience with this and other games. The issue is with King 😩. I agree about the lack of updates - every other app I have has minimum weekly updates - but not King games. Makes no sense.

Thanks - I have more than 50 lives in my envelope - yet I am receiving ridiculous numbers of life requests per day from individual players - ie one player sending 20 requests; another player sending 10 requests - per day! I don’t like the “friends” we are given from King. It’s a huge issue with the game - not knowing who…

I would love to see what work actually happens at King Games. I am upset for you. You were such a good player and team member. Everything has gone downhill since they left Facebook. Thinking of you. 😢

Thanks for your response. How are we meant to keep the lives in our game low if players send a huge amount of lives? Would it be possible to have an option to block players? I do not need the lives that other players seem to.

Could I have an answer please - if I respond to “players” lives requests, do I receive a life back for every one of their requests? Some players send an unacceptable number of life requests.

Thank you for the badge contest. After I play level 1 the game jumps back to my current level 8001. Is there anyway to avoid this?
