Snow Rider posted an unsatisfactory update and turned off the discussion. Once again the players are blamed - not the studio. If the issue is “fixed”, why did it take so long; why are players still not receiving lives; where are the bonuses to compensate for this huge game inconvenience?
there are similar posts in a different thread. It could be the device you use, updates or clearing cache that is the issue. I hope you can find the similar question to yours. Good luck.
I do not understand the nonsense of items “not rolled out to everyone at the same time” - why are not events rolled out to everyone at the same time - except for time differences? Appalling customer service.
so this lives issue has been going on for months ! For those of us lucky to not be experiencing issues, we are drowning in requests for lives ! I would prefer an option to delete them !
it’s a shame the studio isn’t putting in equal effort. I guess it’s easier to blame the players for issues. Snow rider has posted an updated - but it’s situation as usual. This company is unbelievable !
I echo your comments - way too many issues with this game and way too little work to fix any of them. We are constantly blamed for being the problem. The problem is the game and lack of development work! 😡
