after weeks of minimal events - this is what we get, an all players event requiring 1,900,000,000 AGAIN 🤬 This is impossible and needs to be DRASTICALLY changed.

How does a link to a complicated “fix” process show any care for customers? Many of us play on iPads, phones or similar and the info is useless. It’s about time King fixed their game and stopped blaming customers for their in-game issues. Where are the sweetener bonuses for putting up with this for months ?

I agree - and who knows - in King’s own good time? I’d like to know why we haven’t received any bonuses for this ongoing saga of game issues.

I downloaded the game through Apple App Store - I think. It was so long ago. Where are the bonuses as a sweetener for all the issues, lack of short events and having little game play - because there is nothing to do but wait? We should be getting bonuses for every day there have been and are issues. 🤷♀️

ditto - I play on my iPhone. There was an update just now. No new single or team events though. Very disappointing- there’s no fun or interest in the game.

I’ve tried to “reply” to an earlier post @Pretty Bubbles but it would not work - another issue. Your comment is appreciated but doesn’t cut it. The CM should be updating us daily. This is appalling customer service.
