  • The Ads features cannot be requested in Candy Crush. In order to stand any chance of ever seeing ads make sure you never spend any real money on the game. Players who spend money never see ads.

  • Go into settings in the game, then Account/Help, then click on "My Account". Alternatively on the opening page after you load the game there is a blue "My Account" button. If you click this your email will be displayed along with your photo/avatar.
