I haven't seen any other posts about this level. Do you have a lot of other apps open or is your memory full? Check these things out as they can affect the game performance. nope. I even loaded the game onto my boyfriends tablet to see if the issue was with my tablet but it did the same thing.

you should be able to log back in using your email address. sometimes I have had to go through the first level again before I can get the "log in" option, but on my latest replacement phone, the log in option came up under the "play" button.

Ha! found it. I was being stupid. Kept choosing settings when I was in a game, had to select it on the main map. Good thing I registered with my email, I was able to log in!
