Any time you install Petopia on a new device, most of your extras will not be there. It's really frustrating, especially considering they could fix that if they wanted to. They market towards the new people, not those of us who have been here for years. They don't answer questions or fix issues anymore. It takes them days…

I haven't had Mystery Mountain for over a month. What is going on and why are there so many issues now? I'm sure this comment will go absolutely nowhere, but considering how much money I have foolishly pumped into this game, it's insanely frustrating that the issues are never resolved.

I was finally able to get past this level, but it's still showing as an extra hard level instead of a super hard level. I'm not trying to sound dramatic, I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen because I've been playing for years, but this is my first time encountering this.

Me too, and I've probably done so about 50+ times at this point. I hate that the boosters I initially used have been wasted on a level that is literally impossible to move past at this point. ☹️
