I should have mentioned in one of my posts that I'm not on level 4302 but one that is under 1000. I don't play often, so I would have check the game to see my actual level number.
The only King games I play on the mobile are Alpha Betty and Pet Rescue Saga, not recently because of update issues. Any update on this? I did just try the game when not logged in and the game loaded fine, but when I logged in, the We are experiencing... message still remains.
After I saw your post, I decided to check the update on my iPad, iOS 10.3.3, and the same thing happened. Interesting thing is I'm getting that same message for another game app, but it's not a King related.
I'm having the same issue and I only play on King.com. I mainly play in Chrome, but checked the game in Edge and it did the same thing. I know they are no longer putting new levels on the PC version, but I hope they fix this as I was planing to keep playing until I got to last PC version level.
I could not update the game as well. It just asked me if I wanted to download the last compatible version, so I hit cancel. I'm on a 4th generation iPad running iOS 10.3.3.
Thanks for the reply I did not think of that as a reason for the crashing. I started playing on king.com years ago and just wanted another place to play the game. I will stick with king.com and play there more often then not. I do hope they bring back Mr. Toffee's Fair back to king.com.

I did the troubleshooting, but didn't get to play yet, as I decided to do app updates because there was one for Candy Crush Soda. I'll play on the mobile later and see what happens. I should mention that there is about 3.02 GB of space left.
10.3.3 is the highest update it will go to. The iPad is one that was my Dad's when he was alive, and after he died my Mom and I ended up sharing it.
