Not going to do anything to my game until Friday give king time to fix problem it has to do with their system not our phones or systems on the phone

Blossom blast won’t load. I am on level 819 and I have 20 shovels 9 gold bars and several water cans. If I delete and reinstall I lose everything t did emailed the company and no response from them. Does anyone have any suggestions.
