yes it’s “in addition to” to the moves you’ve accumulated but it’ll cost you 26 gold bars. If you play the spin wheel extra moves (10 bars) and don’t complete the level, you can use 16 bars and it will give the spin wheel moves and the moves you’ve accumulated. This 26 gold bars!! Ridiculous
