It never fails that every weekend there's an ad that plays frequently and badly. They freeze and ultimately collapse the platform. This weekend is Temu….as if any sane person would buy an electric scooter from Temu. What' does this type ad say about Soda Crush????

Podium challenge missing prizes
I won 3rd place this week, should have gotten a prize. Also won the podium streak and should have gotten prizes for that. None has been awarded and this has happened multiple times.

For the love of God, please do something with the ads. I spent 7 mins stuck in the Toyota RAV ad, appeared to be frozen and no option to exit on multiple occasions. This has happened since yesterday. I've lost multiple boosters, because when you use one and the choose watch an ad, they get taken. I have been in cake jail…

Continuing bear climb issue
Bear climb has now dropped from level 22 back down to level 1. How does that happen? Also this weekend I had a negative 37000 points and couldn't progress?

Can you explain to me how I can go from progressing with points to abruptly being negative 4200 points? You may want to consider shelving this challenge due to to multiple ongoing issues that absolutely defy logic.

Can someone tell me why this challenge isn't working?? I've passed multiple levels and it registers no progress. Turbo Tonic behaved in the same fashion yesterday.

Bear climb issues
What in the world is going on this this challenge??? First, I had cleared 12 levels and for no reason the game dropped me back to level 1. Thats not the first time thats happened. Now, I've passed levels again and all of the sudden I have a negative bear balance! Unreal!

4 in a row challenge
I wish people would NOT pick a selection if they aren't going to play it. Currently, I am a challenge with two teammates who have made selections in such a way I can't win it myself. Neither have logged on in days. I don't understand the logic with this, but its not team work at its best.
