BW2 has moved from Facebook to mobile only a while ago now so you wont progress or get updates

You will need to to download on to your mobile device then follow the instructions given to connect and sync your progress from Facebook

I always played on mobile and just unplugged It , still i have tô uninstall and install back on mobile? Because l already created an account on king

Hi @Cleide_92 The problem was you was using your mobile but still playing through Facebook

There are no updates available any more for Facebook so yes please reinstall straight to your mobile you will get an option to sync your progress over from Facebook

I installed It on cell phone and te option to Sync on Facebook really appears lcan' t it's giving an error .

I wanted tô know if only with Facebook would have my progress again because l was already at level 1160

Hi @Cleide_92 as long as your Facebook is still live your progress should sync over to your mobile

If it is not allowing you to do that then try uninstalling again and start fresh

If you are still getting an error message then please use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page, explained what has happened and request your levels to be reinstalled

Please provide your game ID to them

Let me show you the screenshots of how to find your ID

From the start up screen as below select the cogg wheel

Then select the figure above the red icon

Then tap the word king at the top of this page

This will reveal your ID 👍⭐
