Retrieving the App

I accidentally deleted my previous app for bubble witch 2, and when I reinstalled it it took me back to level one. does that mean I’ve lost my thousands of levels or is there any way to return to where i was?

Hi @gamegirl55 Sorry to hear that you must of forgotten to save your progress

Don't worry if you select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain and provide your game ID you can find this by selecting the cogg wheel bottom left of your start up page then select the figure image above the red tab then double tap on the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID

With this information the team will be able to restore your levels manually

Don't forget to tell what level you was on

There is no way to recover lost game results before you register for the game and save the game results in cloud storage.

in other words, if you have logged in with a facebook account or a king account, then do the "login" again after you reinstall the game you are playing to restore the journey you have run.
