I took my mom to t mobile today to try to transfer her phone to a new one. They deleted her bubble witch 2 app and didn’t succeed in transferring the phone. When she got her phone back she didn't have the app and reinstalled it and logged into her king account. She lost all her in game power ups which she worked very hard throughout the years to get. She had around 400 fire bubbles, 400 rainbow bubbles, 800 morphing wands, 1000 of each lava bubbles, extra bubbles +10, and the other bubble. We don’t know what to do because she wasn’t the one who deleted the app.

Hi @cindycylee Sorry to hear that this has happened to youre mom but unfortunately with any booster/spells once the game is uninstalled or you use a new device you do loose them, this is why we only ever reccomend to uninstall as a last resort

I appreciate you did not preform this it was T mobile so in that case please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and add your game ID then explain what has happened they may offer you something as a good will gesture but I can not promise
