I lost my level 1228. How can I get it back?

When you say you lost the level can you explain a little more please
Was the level not showing or not opening are all other levels ok
Can you please try clearing cache logging out and restarting your device if this is a temporary connection blip it should clear it

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
