I tried playing pet rescue and bubble witch 2 and 3 today and I found out that all my progress has been erased even though I signed in and saved my progress on the previous device I used. Pls help.

Hi sorry to hear that as you have changed devices please play 1 level then log out and turn your device off and on if your progress had been correctly saved this should return it for you

I tried that just now but it didn’t work luckily I was able to get my candy, soda and jelly crush progress back after restarting but for bubble witch 2 and 3 and pet rescue it’s just not showing up and I’ve put a lot of time into reaching high levels in every single king game except candy crush friends so it’s a bit disappointing to lose my progress like this.

Hi if you had your progress set up as save you would of got back to your original levels just like you did in the other games so it means they were saved but not the others
Can you select your profile for bw3 select the cog wheel at the bottom left of your start up screen you will see this
For bw2 select from here
if they are saved you will see this on the next screen
If you have a connect tab instead of profile please select this and the follow the instructions

I’ve seen it and I still don’t have my progress and I’m pretty sure I saved everything on all games before switching my devices but it’s fine I’ll just play the games on which my progress is intact. Thx anyway.
Please make sure you have the game saved screen on your old device and your new device for all games so as they can sync 💓

Please tap on the question mark to access the Help Center, where you can contact Player Support. You can ask them about all games in just one e-mail.
