I can’t play BW2

Hi,

I have a problem since a week. I always played BW2 on my iPad, Software Version- iOS 16.4.1.

I was actually on the level 3961. Last days the screen shows the level 999 and it is frozen.

I have read some threads about the same problem and did everything you recommended in such a case. It helped nothing.

What can I do? Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi @juweline Can you please first check for any pending updates then clear your cache and log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two

You would only usually drop levels if you have reinstalled or your device's software is not up to date it may also be worth manualy performing a device update from your settings 💓

Hi @juweline Is it an ipad2 as you need iOS10 minimum and ipad2 only goes upto iOs9 💓

Hi, the soft ware update on my iPad Pro is iOS 16.4.1., installed last week. BW2 doesn’t work :(

Hi @juweline yes I understand that but what iOS version is it as it has to be 10 or above you have given me 16.4.1 that is your game version not your iOS version 💓

Hi, I did play BW2 during last two years with iOS higher than iOS 10 and everything worked superb!

Hi @juweline ok if you are now still using iOS10 or above and no trouble shooting has worked then there is only an uninstall procedure left to try but you would loose any boosters

If you wish to proceed first make sure your game is saved you can check this by selecting the cog wheel bottom left of your start up screen then select the 3rd icon from the bottom
