I can’t play level 2140. I open the level and there’s nothing. I can play any prior level. ipad 9th gen iOS16.

Clear cache from your settings check for any pending updates log out of the game then leave your device off for a moment or two

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
