Hi, I'm at level 6290 and I can't play because no one plays bingo, how can I open the levels

I did reply to your previous post but you have given more information here so I can help you better
You have currently played all available levels so you will need to wait until new levels are loaded
In the meantime you can still continue with the bingo just scroll back and play old levels

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
