thank you can you tell what level you have stopped at and have you tried to log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two
also please add your game ID I need this if your game needs looking into
You can find this from the cog wheel on your start up screen once you select profile (the figure shadow icon) tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID ๐
