Why won't Bubble Witch 2 update?

I play Bubble Witch 2 on Kindle and I get a message stating I need to update. I select update and nothing happens.

thank you can you tell what level you have stopped at and have you tried to log out of the game and leave your device off for a moment or two

also please add your game ID I need this if your game needs looking into

You can find this from the cog wheel on your start up screen once you select profile (the figure shadow icon) tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID 💓

You're welcome. I stopped at level 2260, I have logged out, logged in and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. User ID 6206098595

Hi I have had confirmation and it is as I thought you can now only play using a mobile device with android or IOS 10 or above
