Can’t save my progress, error message user/password combination is wrong

Dear friends,

I am trying to save my Candy Crush Soda Saga progress using my email address and password (I don’t use Facebook credentials to log in) but I keep getting an error message that the combination is wrong!

I tried to create a new account using my email but I get the message that the email address is already in use.

Then I tried to change my password, got the email, created a new password but when I click on the button, nothing happens.

Then I tried using Facebook credentials to log in but I get a warning that the app is not working and to try later.

I don’t know what else I need to do, can you please help me?

My iPhone 7 iOS is 15.7.8 and Candy Crush Soda Saga is version 1.248.1

Nevermind I just created a new King account using a new email address and saved my progress!
