The game loads and let's me send lives and such. But when I touch the level I'm on to play, the game completely reloads again. Does this over and over. Can't play the game. I have also lost the game with friends.

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
