Hi again! My apologies for not getting back to your earlier! I did some tweaks to your account, and this should now allow you to progress in the game.
However, if you're using Samsung Note 2, but Samsung Note 8, I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do due to the age of the device. Which is why you're not able to access further levels 😓

Well it looks like I can't play Bubble Witch 2 any more. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page, clicked on Support & gave all the details to my problem. Received an automated reply of what to try, the same as in the past. Replied to the email including my King ID & 2 picks showing me winning. Also added Snow Rider at Community had tried but could not resolve my problem. So far no email response only an email asking me to fill in a survey as to how they did. ☹ So not a happy bunny at all. 😭 I have played the game right from the beginning when it was released on my Note 2 then Note 8 which has to be more than 4 years ago.
