envelope locks me up, reboot necessary? Not sure who I’m chatting w, support or open chat w community? What are badges? How or where do I post to get level 4000 badge. Any common sense input appreciated to a person who’s been playing alone trying to figure things out😊. Thanks

The envelope should not lock you up it may be just be a blip please try clearing the game cache from your devices settings menu then check for any pending updates then please log out of everything and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this cleares it for you

When you arrive here you are chatting with the players or the moderator of your game in this case its me we have a number of moderators taking care of our games you will see us around as some of us moderate more than one community we will always be available to help

To claim all milestone badges you will see a orange txt box above with all the levels for you to select and post the relevant screenshot

You can also receive badges by selecting the contest tab above
