I was up too level 3545 on bws 2 my phone broke and now I'm back at level 1 how can this be fair 😪I play this game to try and keep my mind active because of health issues now I don't see the point

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
