From level 3545 back to level 1

I was up too level 3545 on bws 2 my phone broke and now I'm back at level 1 how can this be fair 😪I play this game to try and keep my mind active because of health issues now I don't see the point

Sorry to hear that can you please first check for any pending updates then play 1 level log out and leave your device off for a moment or two if your progress was being saved this will restore your levels

You may have to repeat the process
