When you change devices you will loose and current inventory but with your levels just play one level log out and leave your new device off for a moment or two

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
