Stuck! Is it a technical glitch?

I reached level 2824 and it won't work. It's been for 2 full days.

There's no ghost to free or any balls to shoot with. When I restarted it, sometimes it showed the previous level's graphic but again no balls to play with. Please help!

Hi my friend ooops let's see if a reset of your game clears this for you

Check for any pending updates

Select the settings menu from your device then apps and clear the game cache as it may be full

Check you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory

Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two 💓

Thank you. I did everything you suggested - clearing the cache and doing all the updates. I have more than 2 gig memory on the phone, too. Any other previous levels are working fine. It's just the new one.

I haven't done logging out though because I am afraid I might be unable to log back on again.

I forgot my password and somehow the system has a wrong email address for me on my profile. So there's no way I can change my password... 😥 I may have to restart this from level 1...
