Where have my extra lives from friends gone?

All my gifted lives have disappeared and the new ones I'm being sent aren't adding to my message board, Is there a problem with this feature?

Hi my friend we don't currently have a known issue with this problem

It would normally only happen if you had done an uninstall or changed your log in details or changed your device

All I can suggest is to do a reset it may not bring back your lost lives but may reset you starting to receive them again 💓
