What is the "best" app to use on my laptop PC for BW2 Saga? I do not use android phone just my PCp

been playing the game for some time now, but it always notes that I am "NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, WHEN I AM". It notes to go to M/S store and add an app? Which is the best one to use? I'm not real pc savy. I just play using M/S edge as my browser and or can use Google, but only on my HP Laptop - PLEASE HELP I NEED THE "APP" TO RECEIVE BONUS'S ETC.
