This is a Google phone so always has the latest version of Android, currently 14.
I am thinking your device is out of date my friend and struggling to keep updating as you need to playing on android 10 or above or iOS 11 or above to get the best experience 💓

Hi I've tried everything and still on 7470. They sometimes come overnight but not this time.
Hi my friend the updated new levels as of 2nd of July run up to 7490
Please check for any pending updates and try playing any level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two

Hi @PrettyBubbles this has happened again. I don't have this weeks new levels. Last time after you spoke to your CM they soon appeared.
Ok let me check with my CM to confirm there has not been an issue with the release 💓

I've tried everything but still no levels above 7270.
They have come without fail every Tuesday, until now.

As of April 23, the platforms have the following updates:
🤖 Android 7290 levels
🍏 iOS 7290 levels
Maybe check for pending updates clear your game cache from your device settings menu then close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you
You may have to play any level then repeat the process 💓

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
