Lost potions

I've lost all my potions. I switched on my mobile and ALL my potions have gone. There were hundreds of them. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If any were purchased by yourself please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and reimburse you
Unfortunately free booster cannot be reimbursed 💓

They were all won by completing quests and mini games. However, I don't think it's very fair that they can just be taken away from me.

wow - I agree ; that’s awful news. I don’t understand why boosters we’ve won cannot be replaced following a game glitch - especially if you spend money to support the game. Of course spending money is not expected. Good luck and fingers crossed.
