Please try clearing the game cache from your device settings menu then apps and select bw2 then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Play any level then close and once again leave your device off
Please make sure you check for any pending updates have a good Internet connection at least 2gig of free memory
You must using one of the compatible devices which are android 9 or above or iOS 10 or above in order to keep your game updated and flowing as normal 💓
