Lost all power ups

I was randomly asked if I wanted to change my name from player so I did. Now I have lost all my earned power ups and am forced to send messages to teammates. The messages are rude and unhelpful. I don't want to send them or receive "I've finished another one". It's annoying. Can I get my progress back? I seem to have 2 profiles-one for community and one for the game. Can they be synced?

Maybe select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may compensate you

I can't promise they will as they were free boosters but it's worth asking as they are a very helpful team

Can you explain what happened when you was asked to change your name as this is something I have never had a player asked about

Your name change will be the reason you lost your boosters as they will be linked to your previous account

With the bingo you can not turn off the messages they are part of the event

To sync your account with the community select your avatar top right of this screen then select account and privacy settings then scroll down to edit profile feilds

You will be able to tick the option which will sync your game with the community 💓
