We’ve heard some of you are missing out on some magical events in Bubble Witch 2 Saga. 🎃🧙♀️ Our team is aware and is brewing up a solution as we speak! 🧪✨
While we work our magic, here are a few things you can try:
- Make sure your game is updated to the latest version.
- Check your internet connection to ensure it's stable.
- Log out and back into your game account.

It should appear soon but it can not appear regularly as our studio occasionally performs a reshuffle as the events are not rolled out to everyone at the same time 💓

ugh ! No Jackalope Tower. This has occurred to me on several occasions but it seems it’s every one this time. In a game where there is little to do , this is beyond disappointing and unacceptable customer services. Shame on you King.

I’m still not seeing it either. I’ve checked for version updates, turned phone on and off, and played a round or two. Hopefully it will show up soon.

I hope so too - but I doubt it. I too have done everything to try to get the Jackalope Tower to appear. 😩

Hi my friend I do understand your frustration our studio occasionally performs a reshuffle as the events are not rolled out to everyone at the same time so they will share the event
I know when we have it for a long time me included it can appear as though its permanent
Hopefully it will return sooner rather than later 💓

I was going to ask the same thing. I tried turning the phone off/on and still nothing. Kind of disappointing as we all depend on these games to earn us boosters.

Hi guys I have an update unfortunately the event didn't go live.
But on July 30th, we'll have another Jackalope event
Please let me know if you receive it

I don’t understand - my friends around the world all get game events at the same time. As a basic courtesy clients could be informed of these changes. Sorry - but it’s an unacceptable business practice.
Thanks @PrettyBubbles but we know the Jacalope did not go live. It seems we are not to be given the courtesy of a reason for this. None of the 2 days events have been released this week. No explanation. Again, nothing to do in the game except wait while players block tiles in the team quest. It’s very disappointing.
