My apologies for the confusion. Initially, I thought you were referring to a progress loss. Unfortunately, here in the community, we don't offer compensation. For these requests, it's always best to reach out to Player Support.
Regarding the requirement to collect 1 billion 900 bubbles, I agree it’s a significant number. However, the requirements haven't changed for some time, so the number is displayed in your game as expected 🙂

I cannot get anything to post here - I’ve typed a response to this but it’s disappeared - what is the point of this community if you have no influence over the appalling lack of service of this company? The lack of bonuses, lack of in game events and bonuses, events dragging on for 2 days (the different time zone excuse is another cop out) - the list goes on and on.

I am sorry @Snow_Rider - you have not answered my questions. Surely you have some influence regarding KING giving players bonuses and the lack of bonuses; plus insulting players by creating events that we have no possibility of achieving ???? It’s infuriating and extremely poor customer service.

Disappearing Messages: Sometimes, comments you post might not show up right away. Don't worry, this isn't a bug! Occasionally, comments go through moderation to ensure our community remains a safe and welcoming place. Once approved, your comment will appear.
Lack of Events and Bonuses: Currently, the Studio isn't planning to roll out new events or more rewards. However, as soon as we have something exciting, our player community will be the first to know! 😊 If you're looking for compensation for an issue, please reach out to Player Support. They handle these cases, though there are some situations where compensation may not be applied.
Event Disappearance and Requirements: I totally understand your frustration, especially if you haven't been able to play events for a while. The good news is that the team has resolved the issue, and you can now enjoy the events as usual. The bubble requirement for the event hasn't changed for quite a long time, so collecting 1,900,000,000 bubbles should still be achievable.

no - you have cleared nothing up ! When has there ever been anything “new and exciting” in Bubble Witch 2? King do nothing - they insult players by continuing events that are impossible to achieve. The fact it has never been achieved - collecting 19 gazillion bubbles - shows contempt by King to its clients. Shame on you all !
