great idea - it’s also called client appreciation - unfortunately this seems to be outside of King’s vocabulary considering the ongoing issues and unsatisfactory “we’re working on it” response. 🤦‍♀️

hi, I am also having trouble loading level 1520 BW2 and I have an iPhone iOS 17 and have even gone further back to try old levels and there is nothing there. 😣

Any information on the timeline to fix this? Game crashes and still no update. Can you at least posts some information about the status of a fix on a weekly basis?

A massive thank you for your patience and support ❤️ We have some great news: the Studio has fixed the issue, and the solution has been included in the latest update. Please make sure to update your game to version 1.169.1 to apply the fix.

If your game is still stuck at 62%, as a last resort, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Please note that this will result in the loss of your inventory. To help restore your boosters, take a screenshot of your inventory before uninstalling, share the screenshot here and your Game ID so we can assist you.

Thanks for the team’s hard work.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the game still isn’t working right…It isn’t crashing yet but:

1. game takes about 10 seconds to load; then another 15 seconds or so to start after pressing play on the screen
2. after shooting a bubble, the game freezes momentarily before shooting the bubble and allowing play to resume

I am playing on: IOS 17.7 iPad Pro 2020; 1.169.1.0  BubbleWitch2 version

I hope you can fix these continuing glitches.

This is exactly the same pattern of issues I experienced with the game before the it crashed the last time

Game also sticks when you leave it momentarily to use another app

Update: happens every level! Please fix…I did manage to take screen shots and I have lots of gold bars and boosters I don’t want to lose
