BB2 is only loading to 62% and not going any further. I have read the technical posts and completed all actions (cleared cache, have space, restart etc) nothing has worked except ininstalling and reinstalling, but I have had to do this 3 times now and I am getting very frustrated as lose all my boosters each time. King just keep referring me to the help page and are ignoring the fact that I have tried the 'help' and it doesn't work. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to get back to playing? TIA

Hi my friend sorry you are having this problem
Please go to your device settings menu then apps go down to bw2 and clear the in-game cache
Overloaded cache can cause problems then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two ๐

We don't currently have any issues with the game not loading
can you confirm your device as you need to be using either mobile android 10 or above through play store or iPhone iOS 11or above through the app store ๐
It's a Samsung A52s currently running on android 14.

Thank you, but I've contacted them 3 times now and each time they just refer me here or to the support help steps which I have already done. You state that there are no loading issues with the game yet I am experiencing loading issues ๐
Hi my friend sorry you haven't got the right help from our customer services they are usually very good
what I mean is no known issues have been reported so we don't have a fix to pass on
I understand you personally are having the issue thats why as it is currently only yourself it could be a device or connection issue
I referred you to customer services as sometimes they are aware of known issues if there is one before we do
Please try again and reply to the first automated email you will receive and explain again in your reply
Once you receive a none automated reply please explain that here in the community we can not help as you have already performed all our trouble shooting steps and we are not aware of this issue affecting players other than yourself ๐
I really appreciate your support and responses, I have replied to all the communication from King but don't receive any response apart from to go through the troubleshooting steps each time. It's very frustrating ๐
I too am having the same issue with the Bubble Witch 2 stuck on loading at 62% since the end of August 2024. Have not been able to fix. Running on Samsung Galaxy Tab 8. I don't believe this is a coincidence. I hope King addresses this issue soon.
