Still haven't received a response apart from the automated one. I reinstalled again, and it's already starting to freeze and glitch so I assume I will be back to not being able to load further than 62% very soon 😔

How did you get to speak to an actual person from support, despite sending numerous tickets and replying I've yet to receive a response from anyone that isn't an automated reply 😭

I didn’t speak to a person-I filled out a form that I got to by clicking on help in the app itself.

Oh ok, I've filled in the form on here many times and just get an automated response, I can't get into the app as it has just crashed again and doesn't load past 62%. Who asked you to send the video if you don't mind me asking?

A representative who sent me an email asked me to send the video. They also sent me directions on how to do it.

at the bottom of this page is an option “contact us”, which is what I use and receive a prompt response. Good luck.

Thank you, I have used this in excess of 10 times now, I get the same reply each time to follow the generic 'fixes' or to seek help here. I reply as advised by prettybubbles but have yet to receive a response. None of my other king games have this issue 😭

The automated reply should be live if you are continuing with that email and explaining all trouble shooting in the community has not worked and we have refered you them and they still do not respond although not nice start the process again and when the new automated response arrives explain every I have said also add the ticket number from your first respond and explain how you are not happy that the ticket was ignored 💓

I think this is a widespread problem. Customer care told me to wait for an update instead of deleting and reinstalling the game this time. No update yet and game keeps crashing. 😢

We are due an update this week so fingers crossed 🤞 there is a fix included 💓
