Game not loading

BB2 is only loading to 62% and not going any further. I have read the technical posts and completed all actions (cleared cache, have space, restart etc) nothing has worked except ininstalling and reinstalling, but I have had to do this 3 times now and I am getting very frustrated as lose all my boosters each time. King just keep referring me to the help page and are ignoring the fact that I have tried the 'help' and it doesn't work. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to get back to playing?
