Connexion issues

Hi guys,

Don't you have some issues with the internet connexion of the game, since weeks ??

I can't refill news lifes, and i can't use Magic potions... It says i am not connected... But I am....

Any ideas please ?

Hi my friend welcome

Sorry you are having this problem

I need to check a few things

Please confirm your device as you can only play on a mobile device android 10 or above via play store or iPhone iOS via the app store

If your device is compatible please go to your phone settings menu then select apps then select bw2 then clear the cache

Make sure you have no pending updates

Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets things
