Sorry you are experiencing this problem can you please try the following
Check for any pending updates
Make sure you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory and are playing on a mobile device only
Android 10 or above via play store or iPhone iOS 10 or above via the app store
Please clear the game cache from your device settings menu choose apps
Log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this helps 💓
