Why are bubbles just bouncing off.
I have had an issue start today. The bubbles are just bouncing off. No matter if it’s a match or where I aim, they just bounce right off just like as if I shot at the wall. I also passed a level and moved to the next level, but then when I started the game again, I was back at the previous level.

The bubble shooter can become very sensitive and can shoot just by you hovering over it it is very annoying I have had it happen to me
Sometimes a refresh can help like clearing the game cache if the cache is overloaded it can create many problems
For iPhone
Select settings then General then iPhone Storage
For Android Select settings then apps then bw2 then storage
Once you have done that then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets things for you 💓
