Sometimes a refresh can help like clearing the game cache if the cache is overloaded it can create many problems
For iPhone
Select settings then General then iPhone Storage
For Android Select settings then apps then bw2 then storage
Once you have done that make sure you have no pending updates then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets things for you 💓

I'm not getting my free lifes when I sign in, anyone else hhaving this problem?
So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
