What's with these problems on my IPAD lately?

Hi. Last week, I had issues with getting new levels on my iPad and this week it's a different problem. Yes, I did get my new levels but I can't seem to progress on my tablet.It is STUCK. Right now, I just finished level 7812 on my android phone and if I go to my ipad, it will show that the level is completed but it won't let me play 7813. It's STUCK. I have updated my tablet to IOS 18.1 and the BWS2 app was updated this morning. I have force stopped the iPad. I did last week's trick of "clear app usage data" but nothing works. Any ideas? As I said last week, I prefer playing on my iPad but if there is a way for King to transfer all of my boosters to my phone ( which is "boosterless") then I will gladly uninstall it on my tablet. I have enclosed two screenshots. Top one is from my android phone and the bottom is from my iPad . Thanks for your attention and assistance. Ermie

Hi Snow_Rider. I wrote that message last Tuesday. I managed to finish the new levels on my phone( boosterless again)later that
day. As I said before, I prefer playing on a bigger screen and on an app that has all my potions and boosters. I have enclosed a screenshot. The King Old Lady is supposedly me ( where is my kitty cat?) and I cannot stay connected to Facebook. Every Tuesday morning, I dread opening up BWS2 because I know it will be an exercise in frustration. Aren't games supposed to be fun? Thanks for your help.

Hello again Snow_Rider. I hope you see this message. It is Tuesday and the same problem persists. The new levels are on my iPad but I am unable to advance beyond last week's level 7830.It is stuck there and I can't progress any further. Can I not uninstall / reinstall with the guarantee of all my boosters,potions and lives? I'm so sick and fed up having to play on
my itty bitty phone when I have a a big ipad to play on. I hope you can find a solution and I hope to "hear" from you very soon. Thank you.

Hi @Ermie58 👋 I hope you're doing well! Apologies for the delayed response. I can confirm that the new levels were released yesterday—there may have been a slight delay on your device. Are they available for you today?
If not, the last option I can suggest is reinstalling the game. Don’t worry about your boosters—Player Support will restore them. Just let me know once you reinstall the game.
As for your profile image, it likely changed when you merged your Facebook and King accounts. You can easily update it in the game settings! 😃

Hi Snow_Rider. Thank you for your reply. You misunderstood my message. I did get the new levels last week and yesterday. The problem is that I can't play them. I am unable to advance. When I do play it on my phone, it will show the progress on my iPad but I cannot play a new level at all.It is stuck at the last level played on my phone. Also, I never merged my Facebook account with King,people in my group have encountered problems. Shall I send you screenshots of my boosters and potions before I uninstall? Will I also get my lives back? Please understand that I don't feel comfortable doing the uninstall and reinstall. I have lost confidence with the game and the baggage of problems that I have faced in the past few months. You and PrettyBubbles have been kind to me but as a long time King Player, I have never had so much aggravation. Never with the original and never with Alphabetty Saga. So, you can assure me,that I will get everything back?Thanks.

Hi Ermie! Thanks for clarifying! Oh that's indeed frustrating to experience this type of problem. So yes, let's try re-installing the game and see if it helps! I see your inventory here, can you confirm that you have 19 Rainbow Bubble, 38 Fire Bubble, and 100 Morphin Wand? Don't worry about Gold Bars - they should be in the game even after reinstalling the game 😃

Good day,Snow Rider, I will uninstall and reinstall the game as soon as soon as I know that I will also get to keep my 77 lava bubbles, 57 Extra 10 bubbles and 59 Fairy potions. You didn't mention them or my potions. Please see the three screenshots. Thanks again for all of your help.
