Game is not working, can open level but only a few or no bubbles appear, nor does the field of play.
Sorry to hear that it is why we always follow trouble shooting first an uninstall is the last option
If you had been previously saving your progress if you play any level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two this should bring back all your saved progress 💓

I play on an iPad Air (7th gen) running iOS 16.6.1. have tried what you suggest, more than once, including shutting down and rebooting device. deleted the app and reloaded it, that worked but lost all progress in the game!

Please check for any pending updates then log out not just close down then leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
